Your nutrition dictates what is happening with your training. The training should never stop. No matter the goal. A few examples of how changing my calorie intake completely changed my body. Your muscle growth comes from years of appropriately applying self in and out of the gym. Not during a 3 month transformation. We certainly aren’t producing massive amounts of muscle in a calorie deficit. We are lucky to maintain. MAKE SURE YOUR NUTRITION MATCHES YOUR GOAL.
