Save this low carb sushi rolls recipe for later✅ Recipe for my rainbow sushi rolls: Ingredients • I pack of @palimini_official rice • 1 nori sheet • ¼ cucumber • ¼ red bell pepper • ¼ yellow bell pepper • 20 g tofu • Food coloring – I used natural food colorings: blue spirulina, black goji powder and curcumin Instructions 1. Cook Palmini rice on medium heat for 3-5 minutes. 2. Drain the rice, let it cool and divide into 3 separate bowls. 3. Add your desired food colorings to each bowl and mix well. 4. Slice your veggies and tofu finely. 5. Grab the nori sheet, place your rice and veggies and roll tightly. 6.
