[SCDF Commemorates World First Aid Day] The World First Aid Day is commemorated on the second Saturday of September every year. It aims to raise public awareness on the importance of first aid in times of an emergency. As SCDF works towards building #ANationofLifesavers, SCDF will continue to empower the public with first aid skills such as Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Improvised First Aid Skills. Equipped with these essential lifesaving skills, members of public can play a pivotal role in rendering medical assistance to those in need.
