- 𝘽𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙪𝙖𝙡 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙚 / 生蠔煎蛋 🦪 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙀𝙜𝙜 𝙬 𝙊𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨 ✿ 𝘚𝘤𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘭 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘌𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘦! 💕 颱風天嘅冰箱料理 😗 本來買嚟煮生蠔炊飯嘅廣島蠔終於大派用場,唔使次次都食蝦仁炒蛋可以轉吓口味 (ノ*´∀)ノ 啲蠔記得印乾!要係好乾好乾嗰隻!如果唔係彈油嗰陣你就會好後悔 🥺 材料: * 生蠔(中) 8隻 * 蛋 4隻 * 蔥 2棵 做法: 1. 蠔解凍,徹底印乾,沾上生粉;蔥切粒;蛋發好,加入蔥粒和少許鹽,拌勻 2. 煎蠔至兩面金黃色,取出 3. 倒入蛋液,不斷推動蛋液,直至蛋液半熟,加入煎好的生蠔,繼續推動蛋液至喜歡的熟度,完成。 Ingredients: * 8 medium-sized fresh oysters * 4 eggs * 2 spring onions ⠀Instructions: 1. Thaw the oysters, pat them dry thoroughly, and coat them with cornstarch. Chop the spring onions into small pieces. Beat the eggs and mix in the chopped spring onions and a pinch of salt. 2. Pan-fry the oysters until both sides are golden brown, then remove them from the pan. 3. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and continuously stir the eggs until they are partially cooked.
