𝘽𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙪𝙖𝙡 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙚 / 電飯鍋日式生蠔炊飯 🦪 𝙅𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙊𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙍𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙍𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙚𝙧 ✿ 𝘚𝘤𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘭 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘌𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘦! 💕 今次煮呢個飯真係大大大成功啊 ୧ʕ•̀ᴥ•́ʔ୨ 烚過啲蠔先放入煲飯度,就唔會縮到變蠔豉~ 食嗰陣仲係好juicy漲卜卜 ✨ 我用嘅係急凍廣島蠔,食得放心啲又無咁腥 desu! 材料: * 蠔(中)250g * 本菇 80g * 甘筍 30g * 油揚 1塊 * 薑 12g * 蔥粒 隨意 * 白米 2人份 調味: 清酒 1湯匙、日本醬油 1湯匙、鰹魚汁 1湯匙 做法: 1. 本菇切根;甘筍切片;油揚切條;薑切絲 2. 洗好白米,瀝乾水份,放入電飯鍋內,加入調味,然後加水至正常水量 3. 將薑絲、本菇、甘筍、油揚,按正常煮飯模式煮飯 4. 煮滾滾水,加入少許清酒,烚蠔 45秒,取出瀝乾,當電飯煲冒煙後加入蠔,繼續煮飯 5. 煮好飯後將所有材料拌勻,淋上蔥粒、麻油,完成。 Ingredients: * 250g oysters (medium-sized) * 80g shiitake mushrooms * 30g carrots * 1 piece of fried tofu * 12g ginger * Some chopped scallions * 2 servings of white rice ⠀Seasoning: * 1 tablespoon sake * 1 tablespoon Japanese soy sauce * 1 tablespoon bonito fish sauce ⠀Instructions: 1. Cut the roots off the shiitake mushrooms. Slice the carrots. Cut the fried tofu into strips. Shred the ginger. 2. Wash the white rice and drain the water. Place it in the rice cooker, add the seasoning, and then add water to the appropriate level. 3. Add the shredded ginger, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and fried tofu. Cook the rice using the regular rice cooking mode. 4. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add a splash of sake, and blanch the oysters for 45 seconds. Remove and drain them. Once the rice cooker starts steaming, add the blanched oysters and continue cooking the rice. 5. After the rice is cooked, mix all the ingredients together.
