“Cheesy Pizza garlic Bread” My love for garlic bread has taken me on new adventures and this time with pizza, it tastes exactly like pizza but with a garlicky taste to it.. YUM! Ingredients 1 dutch crust French bread 1 elephant garlic head 2 cups Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup pizza sauce Bunch of basil leaves 4-6 sausages or peperoni Olive oil Flakey Salt Method: Slice the topper section of the elephant garlic head, drizzle oil on top with flakey salt, place it in a small oven dish and bake for 50 minutes. Set it aside and let it cool completely. Remove the garlic peels and mush the garlic together to form a garlic paste. Slice the bread lengthways, drizzle olive oil on both pieces then spread the garlic paste, spread the pizza sauce, add basil leaves, add cheese Slice the sausages into spread all over the bread, bake the bread for 10-12 minutes on 400F ..take out , slice and enjoy #garlicbread #garlic #garlicconfit #garlicsauce
