It’s exceptionally delicious and goes well with most dishes! This one has been on repeat and resharing it for all of my garlic lovers Ingredients 3-4 garlic confit 1 toast 1/2 avocado 1-2 eggs 2 tsp Aleppo pepper 2 tsp zaatar 2 tbsp butter, divided Salt and pepper to taste Method: Garlic confit is extremely easy to make, add a few raw garlic cloves to a small oven ramekin with lid, add olive oil till it is fully covered and bake on 400F for 45-50 min or until golden. And if you have a trouble with the garlic smell after then you can simply use an air filter like this one from Jafanda 3-in-1 Desktop Air Purifier which has a 3-Stage Filtration System to remove any food odor! To prepare this dish: Toast 1 piece of bread by spreading 1 tbsp butter on both sides then adding to a pan, toast on both sides. Spread the garlic confit on the toast, slice the 1/2 avocado into slices, sprinkle salt. Crack 2 eggs sunny side up and place on top of the avocado. I a small saucepan, add butter, on e warm snd melted, add the zaatar and Aleppo pepper, it will start to foam within 15-20 seconds, pour on top of the egg & enjoy #garlicconfit #garlicbread #garlicbutter #zaatar #eggtoast #avocadotoast
