87kg (192lbs) ✔️ Keen to take it for a ‘test drive’ at sea in a few weeks for an EPIC event we have planned for charity 🔱 but for now, having a celebratory @phdnutrition SmartBar that’s helped me keep out the cookie jar (and doughnut shop) and drop 5kg (11lbs) 😊 This is because (rooted in behavioural science) there was a study published in the International Journal of Obesity (huge Meta study, so a study of lots of studies) that found there was no perfect diet. Instead they concluded, “Regardless of assigned diet, 12-month weight change was greater in the most adherent,” adding, “These results suggest that strategies to increase adherence may deserve more emphasis than the specific diet.”💪🏽 #BornFromScience #SmartChoices 📷 by brobarian @benjamin.j.marshall
