Pistachio & Fig Protein Ice Cream 🍨 Healthy & gourmet ice cream with 38g of protein? Sounds like something hard not to love! This fig and pistachio protein ice cream recipe is ON FLEEK. Ingredients Base * 1 1/4 cup (330ml) of organic milk * 1/4 cup of @rxsugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount) * 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein (used Whey from @happywayau) * 1 tbsp of Sugar-Free Pistachio Instant Pudding Mix Mix-Ins * 3 fresh figs * 1/2 tbsp of chopped pistachios Instructions. 1. Mix all the ingredients for the ice cream base using a blender. 2. Cover and freeze overnight. 3. Set it on your Ninja Creami once frozen and press on the Ice Cream option. 4.
