❗️Kettlebell pump session❗️ Combining bands and Kettlebells for a great pump 🎈 A) Strict press + Lateral raise- Lead with your weaker arm. Controlled reps 2-3 from failure on strict press. Straight into lateral raises on same arm x 10 reps. 3 sets each side, 90 seconds rest between sets. B) Press up + Tricep extension- 20 reps of any press up variation. I love a closed grip. Knees if you don’t have a full press up. Straight into tricep extensions, 10 reps each side. 3 sets total, 90 seconds rest between sets. C) High pull + Alternate Halo- Heavy on the high pulls if you can. 10-15 reps controlled. Straight into 20 alternating Halo’s. 10 each way. 3 sets total, 90 seconds rest between sets.
