GROCERY HAUL! 🍳🥬🫐 $93.62 spent on groceries at @samsclub this week. . 💥 AS A REMINDER! I ONLY SHOWCASE GROCERY COSTS! 💥 While I buy paper towels, napkins, soap, whatever while I grocery shop sometimes, I specifically subtract those items from my total to give an accurate reflection of our true FOOD costs. I’m specifically not including formula costs in our grocery totals because it’s a temporary cost for us, and I feel it would inaccurately skew our total spend as compared to 2022. . Here’s what’s on the menu this week! 👇🏼 . BREAKFAST 🫐 Blueberry & yogurt parfaits for my roommate. 🍳 Egg bites for me 👉🏼 these have mushroom, spinach, feta & bacon bits & they’re so good. . LUNCH 🥗 Summer salad w/ basil balsamic vinaigrette from @thatswhatsheeats 👉🏼 I used spring mix, cucumber, tomato, nectarine, goat cheese & craisins on the salad & along with the dressing it was the perfect mix of sweet, tangy and salty. 😍 🍴 Leftovers! . DINNER 🍕Pizza 👉🏼 the dough got a little hectic since it rose too long on the counter but we made it work. 🦃 Wild turkey schnitzel w/ mushroom gravy and stuffing 👉🏼 my husband has made this before and it’s SO good. 🍅 TikTok pasta 👉🏼 I make a version w/ cream cheese instead of feta, but such a good use of our fresh cherry tomatoes either way. 🌶️ Jalapeño popper chicken 👉🏼 I’m making this up as I go, but I’m envision pasta, w/ all the flavors of a stuffed jalapeño popper. So cheesy, bacon bits, kind of spicy. Mmm. . ❗️What’s on your menu this week? ✏️ Is it back to school time yet where you are?
