Beef Yaki Udon Stir Fry in 20 minutes🍜 MANY of you guys asked me the recipe on my previous video and now you can RE-COOK it at home❤️. Let me know how it goes because I’m so excited for you guys to try 🥰! Ingredients: * 2 servings of udon * 225g of sliced beef, can be found at Asian grocers - frozen section (typically people use this meat for Hotpot) * 1 tbsp of butter * 4 cloves of garlic, sliced * 1/2 brown onion, sliced * 4 stalks green onion, cut into 2” pieces ( separate white and green parts) Sauce * 2 tbsp of dark soy sauce * 2 tbsp of soy sauce * 1 tbsp of mirin * 1 tbsp of honey * 1 tsp of rice wine vinegar * 1 tsp of sesame oil * 1 tbsp of organic water Garnish: Sesame Seeds Green onion Crispy seaweed Steps: 1. In a bowl, combine the sauce and set aside 2. Soak the frozen udon in hot water and use chopsticks to loosen the noodles. Rinse with cold water, drain it and set aside. 3. Heat the butter over medium heat. Add brown onion, garlic, white parts of green onion and sauté until the onion is soft and translucent for 3 minutes. 4. Add the beef and sauté for 2 minutes or until the beef is completely browned. 5. Add the noodles back to the pan followed by the sauce and toss until it is evenly coated. 6. Garnish with more spring onions, sesame seeds and enjoy! #easyrecipes #udon #udonnoodles #asianfood #dinnerideas
