A delicious dosa variation made with whole jowar / cholam with whole urad dal for the nutty flavour. This recipe makes crispy jowar dosas as well as great appes and it’s gluten-free too. Enjoy its crispy texture and health benefits! Ingredients 1 cup whole sorghum / jowar / cholam ½ cup whole / split urad dal 1 teaspoon fenugreek / methi seeds Salt to taste Rinse 2-3 times all ingredients other than salt, and soak overnight it 8 hours. Grind it to smooth batter adjust consistency with water and ferment overnight or 6-8 hours.
