This was 147.5kg / 325lb for Sets of 5 🙌 Some of you may remember the progression that I outlined for my deadlifts last week… This was Week 2 of the 4 Week Plan - which looks like this: WEEK 1: 2 Sets x 6 Reps @ 140kg / 308lb [complete] WEEK 2: 3 Sets x 5 Reps @ 147.5kg / 325lb [this video] WEEK 3: 4 Sets x 4 Reps [Add 5-10kg / 10-20lb] WEEK 4: 3,2,1 Pyramid [Work up to a 1RM] It’s a very simple plan .. but it’s proven to be effective in the past - so I’m looking forward to the final 2 weeks !! 🔥 Obviously there’s more to the workout than just deadlifts - but hopefully this gives you a few ideas for your own training 💡 Otherwise if you’re looking for a fully detailed program - then be sure to follow @liftit.app to keep up to date with my upcoming training app which is due to launch this month 🤩 (date TBC soon) #powerlift #sumodeadlift #deadlifting
