HERE’S HOW ⬇️… 1. Stop thinking you need a recipe. Whole plant foods are your recipe, they are the star of your meal. If you keep your meals simple with a starch, veggies and a little sauce…there’s your meal. It’s that simple! 2. Know your staple foods. What meals are your favorite? If you like spaghetti, then pasta is a staple for you. If you like Red Beans and Rice, then Beans and Rice are staples. If you love smoothie bowls, then bananas and fruit are staple. See where I’m going? Know what foods you need on hand. 3. Have quick and easy sauces/flavorings on hand.
