HOMEMADE LEOPARD BREAD 🐆 Have you tried homemade fancy bread? Recipe: 500 g flour 50g sugar 350ml milk 60g butter 3 tsp dry yeast 2 tbsp @rawnice Acai Berry powder dissolved in 2 tbsp water 1 tbsp @rawnice black cacao dissolved in 2 tbsp water Mix butter in warm milk ( not hot) and dry yeast. Leave it for few minutes, then Mix with flour. Knead the dough in a stand mixer , cover and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Then add the butter ( room temperature) and knead again ,about 7-10 minutes.  Knead the dough into a ball ,divide half  and one half again divide in two equalizer size balls. Knead each with @rawnice dissolved superfood powders ,then knead into balls and let it proof for 1 hour . Removed the air from all 3 doughs, transfer to a clean surface ,then divide each dough into 8 portions .  Form the balls and let it sit for 10 minutes. Roll each dough portion out flat,then roll it up tightly. Place the purple roll inside the black dough and close the dough ,sealing the purple dough inside. Finally use the plain dough sealing in black dough inside the plain dough. Repeat for all dough portions (purple+black+white). Grease your loaf pan and arrange the dough ropes into the pan. Cover and let it rise for an hour. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
