in the market for a lazy dinner that feels fancy!? #SponsoredbyNinja this maple pecan salmon dish is IT 👏 one of my best recipes yet & it’s all made in the Ninja Combi i’m truly in awe by this machine — in just 15 minutes, the salmon is cooked exactly the way i like it, the brussels get nice & charred and the rice is perfectly fluffy. makes it so much easier to put a nourishing, balanced dinner on the table after a long day 🫶 i’ve been using a @ninjakitchen air fryer for years but this has been the best upgrade because it has so many different features + fits a TON of food! linking it in my bio & stories for ya :) RECIPE (gluten free, dairy free): for the maple pecan salmon: -1 lb salmon (i prefer atlantic salmon for this) -1/3 cup finely chopped raw pecans -1.5 tbsp maple syrup -1 tbsp olive oil -1 tsp dijon mustard -1/2 tsp paprika -1/2 tsp salt for the brussels: -1 lbs brussels sprouts, ends trimmed & halved -olive oil or spray -salt + pepper for the rice: -1 cup white or brown rice -2 cups water or broth pat salmon dry and place onto the Ninja Combi bake tray. in a small bowl, mix together all the maple pecan salmon ingredients. spread the maple pecan mixture all over the top of the salmon. then, toss brussels sprouts with a bit of oil or spray, salt and pepper. add them to the Ninja Combi bake tray alongside the salmon. place the bake tray into level 2 of the Ninja Combi. add the water & rice to the combo cooker pan and stir. place into level 1 of the Ninja Combi. close the door. use the switch on the top to switch to Combi Cooker mode. press the power button, make sure it’s on the “Combi Meals” setting, adjust the temp to 350F and the time to 15 minutes. press start.
