A 3-story restaurant & bar located at Ann Siang, food served is from @eatat.baste which is helmed by Chef Christopher; who’s also behind @brine.singapore and @haygelato . Head up to the basement for some drinks after your dinner🥂 Food was pretty nice overall -some hits and misses✨The Truffled Capellini was tad salty for my liking and Trout rather mushy, but i totally digged the Grilled Sourdough which came with plenty of rich, nutty Pistachio Butter 👍🏻 and the Potatoes served with Truffle Bechamel which were done gratin-style, wrapped in crisp, fried tofu skin 😋 It was sad that they had some issue with their Beef supply when i visited🥲 but i was satisfied with the tender, Guinness Braised Pork Belly and flavourful Pork Ragu which came generously portioned as well. Desserts were rather interesting; especially the Apple & Pear Crumble w Vanilla Himalayan Salt Gelato which took on a savoury twist with bits of floss. Personally not a fruity person but i enjoyed savoury touch and crisp crumbles.
