Now it’s your time to play! BLACK CHOUX PASTRY WITH COCOA 225g water 100g butter 3.5g salt 15g carbon black cocoa powder @dezaancocoa 135g flour 3-4 eggs BLACK CHOUX PASTRY WITH CHARCOAL 225g water 100g butter 3.5g salt 150g flour 1-2 tsp of activated charcoal powder @rawnice 3-4 eggs CRAQUELIN: • 50g butter • 60g flour • 60g sugar (or brown sugar) • Add any coloring of interest by using colorants in gel.
