I used to love ordering crispy chicken honey, mustard salads whenever I was out at a restaurant. I love chicken fingers, and what could be better than chicken fingers in a salad?! But after going gluten free, I had to give this order up, because let’s face it the salad with grilled chicken just isn’t the same… but thankfully I’ve mastered making it at home!! That’s gluten-free dairy free crispy chicken salad was part of my meal prep plan email this week. It’s an easy weeknight meals idea. All you have to do is air fry or bake the chicken tenders and throw together the salad. It’s a fully gluten-free recipe because I used gluten-free chicken tenders.
