MY GO-TO QUICK MEAL [NOTES👇🏼] I try to eat eggs, kimchi, and avocado every day. This meal combines all 3 in one, it’s quick, super cheap, and tasty. Aside from the rice cook time, this takes less than 10 minutes to make. We used to eat a lot of eggs and rice growing up. Some version of this would probably be my “last meal on earth.” 🍳 1) kimchi - I try to eat kimchi every day because it’s so good for the gut. It’s an excellent probiotic, I’ve learned that fermented foods are one of the best sources to nourish a healthy microbiome. I get mine from my local korean grocery store in Vancouver KIM’S MART 2) Low sodium soy/tamari - I use @sanjtamari organic 25% reduced sodium tamari. I would probably consume the same amount of sodium if I used regular soy/tamari, but with the lower sodium sauce, I can add more liquid volume, for sauciness. And Tamari is gluten free 3) whole eggs are the most nutrient dense food on the planet, and I eat them every day. Probably my favourite food, will never get sick of them #kimchi #eggs #rice #quickmeals
