MAKE EGGPLANT TASTE GOOD 🍆 A few years ago, eggplant was my LEAST favorite vegetable but I started liking it when I tried making it this way…😋 Much love Maya ✨ RECIPE (2-3 servings, 40min prep time): -2 eggplants Cut in chunks. -a good drizzle of oil -salt to taste -1 Tsp curry powder Mix and place on a baking tray. Bake at 200C/400F for 25-30mins. Serve with sriracha Mayo or your favorite sauce. - AUBERGINE LECKER ZUBEREITEN 🍆 Vor ein paar Jahren war Aubergine ABSOLUT NICHT mein Lieblingsgemüse, aber als ich sie so zuzubereitet hab, hat sie mir geschmeckt… 😋 Viel Liebe Maya ✨ REZEPT (2-3 Portionen, 40 Minuten Zubereitungszeit): -2 Auberginen In Stücke schneiden. -ein guter Schluck Öl -Salz nach Geschmack -1 TL Currypulver Mischen und auf ein Backblech legen.
