Just sharing some thoughts and a recipe for loaded fries.😋 Much love Maya ✨ RECIPE (4 servings, 40min prep time): -1kg frozen Fries or potatoes cut in wedges -4 carrots, cut in wedges -2 Tbsp oil -salt to taste -1 Tsp paprika and garlic powder Mix and bake at 200C/400F for 30mins. -400g vegan Chick’n or tofu -1 onion -2 cloves garlic -2 bell pepper Sauté in oil for a couple of minutes -salt to taste -1 Tsp paprika -1 Tsp cumin -1/2 Tsp chili powder Fry 3-5mins. Red salsa: -1/2 cup (125ml) chopped tomatoes -1 Tsp each agave and vinegar -salt to taste “Salsa verde”: -a bunch cilantro or parsley -2 cloves garlic -4 Tbsp vegan yogurt -4 Tbsp vegan mayo -1/2 lemon -1 Tsp cumin -1 Tsp agave -salt to taste Blend until smooth. Serve everything on a plate. - Nur ein paar Gedanken und das Rezept für loaded fries.😋 Viel Liebe Maya ✨ REZEPT (4 Portionen, 40 Minuten Zubereitungszeit): -1 kg gefrorene Pommes Frites oder in Spalten geschnittene Kartoffeln -4 Karotten, in Spalten geschnitten -2 EL Öl -Salz nach Geschmack -1 TL Paprika- und Knoblauchpulver Mischen und 30 Minuten bei 200 °C/400 °F backen. -400g veganes Chick’n oder Tofu -1 Zwiebel -2 Knoblauchzehen -2 Paprika Einige Minuten in Öl anbraten -Salz nach Geschmack -1 TL Paprika -1 TL Kreuzkümmel -1/2 TL Chilipulver 3–5 Minuten braten. Rote Salsa: -1/2 Tasse (125 ml) gehackte Tomaten -1 TL je Agave und Essig -Salz nach Geschmack “Salsa Verde”: -ein Bund Koriander oder Petersilie -2 Knoblauchzehen -4 EL veganer Joghurt -4 EL vegane Mayonnaise -1/2 Zitrone -1 TL Kreuzkümmel -1 TL Agave -Salz nach Geschmack Cremig mixen.
