BodyPump #36weekspregnant 🏋️♀️🤰🏻 Subbing the Barbell out for plates and lighter weights. Im now completely removed from wanting a challenging or intense workout. Just focusing on moving the body, taking my time, and breathing and bracing through each movement to feel strong. I skipped the Chest track as I don’t have a bench. If you do have one, you can do chest exercises on an incline 👌 At this stage in my pregnancy, I feel uncomfortable, sore, tired and constantly waiting for any sign of going into labor 😂 So seizing these rare moments of motivation to workout! I miss the gym, training and coaching but truly appreciate having these @lesmills workouts to keep me active at home during this time! #lesmills #pregnancyworkout #homeworkout #prenatalfitness #bodybump
