TREAT JAW PAIN! if you have jaw pain, then you will want to do some strengthening for your jaw! Isometrics are a great place to start, and are super easy to do, follow along with me! I show exercises for Jaw: -opening -side to side -protraction remember to do both sides and hold a contraction for 3 to 5 seconds. You control the intensity of how hard you push. When you’re first starting out, give about 10 to 25% intensity in your contraction and as you get stronger you can increase. TAG a friend with jaw pain!
