NO MORE SIJ PAIN The SIJ barely has any movement.. mm to be exact, so commonly pain in this region is likely a strengthening issue. Start strengthening all the muscles that attach to your hip, such as your glutes, quads, groin, core, etc. incorporate more single leg stability exercises as you progress into the mid phase of rehab. Try to go slow and CONTROL the movement into your available range of motion. These are my favourite personal go tos when I have SIJ region pain & I hope it does you wonders too 👌 Try 3 x 10 of each and watch your form in the mirror. TAG a friend with SIJ issues.
