THE JOY OF FREEDOM & THE RESULT OF HARD WORK yet another @epfestival post from the weekend but for me it is a a triumph 🕺 panic attacks held me back my whole life, they stopped me from doing the things I love and having experiences like this in my life. 🌧️ 4 years ago I went to @creamfieldsofficial festival, still not looking over the achievement that I stepped out of my comfort zone and went but the weekend was spent in my head fighting panic attacks and trying to hide it often not wanting to leave my tent. ⛺️ 😨 I was always consumed by the fear of the panic attack and the anxiety of crowds around me. 🙁 So for me to be able to attend a festival with tens of thousands and for the thought to not enter my mind, for me to be fully present, sober and care free boppin to the beat all night is a feeling I could have never imagined one upon a time 🥳🕺 free and loving life ❤️ to everyone who came over to say hello, that stuff means the world , thank you 🤜🏻🤛🏻😊 & it goes with out say it was worth it all to see the main man @blk.luvs.u in action, absolutely tearing the roof off the place , what a buzz of a weekend 🤘🏻🕺 #electricpicnic #anxietyrecovery #panicdisorder #mentalhealthjourney
