✨Tajin Spiced Mango🥭🍑Peach Rings✨ made with only three ingredients that are nourishing to your body and taste buds! Every time I post a recipe with gelatin, people get upset, so if you do not consume gelatin, I recommend searching for a fruit gummy recipe that uses pectin. I personally consume gelatin for the protein and gut health benefits. Also, apparently there’s a similar treat to this in Mexico, so I’m really not that clever. And thanks to @unboundwellness for the inspiration! Recipe: 2 medium peaches 1 large mango 3 tbsp gelatin Pinch salt Topping: coarse sugar and tajin ✨ Chop peaches and mango and blend with salt until super smooth. I peeled my peaches for this. Evenly add gelatin to the top, then heat to medium and stir until the gelatin dissolves. Next, add this mixture to molds and refrigerate until it hardens. For the topping, mix tajin and sugar in a ratio that tastes good to you. Dip in your rings and enjoy!
