- 𝘽𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙪𝙖𝙡 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙚 / 韓式海鮮煎餅 🇰🇷 𝙆𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙣 𝙎𝙚𝙖𝙛𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙋𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙖𝙠𝙚 ✿ 𝘚𝘤𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘭 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘌𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘦! 💕 上次同老爺去咗上泡菜班，而家屋企有2大包無添加泡菜，搞到要盡快食咗佢 😂 有時夜媽媽肚餓我都會拎住兜泡菜食當宵夜，但係食到有啲怕先係食咗我整嗰包 🫠（希望老爺會為佢嗰包特辣泡菜負責任） 材料（約 10個 10cm大小煎餅） * 熟八爪魚粒 100g * 蝦仁 4隻 * 彩椒 60g * 蔥 20g * 青陽辣椒 2隻 * 蒜頭 6瓣 * 泡菜 100g 煎餅漿： 低筋麵粉 170g、粟粉 30g、蛋 2隻、水 120mL 做法： 1. 蝦仁切半；彩椒切粒；蔥切段；青陽辣椒切片；蒜頭切片；泡菜切碎；煎餅漿拌勻，放置 30分鐘 2. 彩椒、蔥段、辣椒、蒜片、泡菜，加入煎餅漿 3. 燒熱 3湯匙油，倒入煎餅漿做成約 10cm大小，放置蝦仁及八爪魚粒在上面，煎一邊至金黃色後反面，煎另一邊至金黃色，完成。 Ingredients (Approximately 10 pancakes, 10cm in size): *  100g diced cooked octopus *  4 shrimp *  60g bell peppers *  20g scallions *  2 green chili peppers *  6 cloves of garlic *  100g kimchi ⠀Batter: *  170g cake flour *  30g cornstarch *  2 eggs *  120mL water ⠀Instructions: 1. Cut the shrimp in half. Dice the bell peppers. Slice the scallions. Slice the green chili peppers. Slice the garlic. Finely chop the kimchi. Mix the batter ingredients together and let it rest for 30 minutes. 2. Add the diced bell peppers, scallions, chili peppers, garlic slices, and kimchi to the batter. 3. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Pour the batter to make pancakes approximately 10cm in size. Place shrimp and diced octopus on top.
