- 𝘽𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙪𝙖𝙡 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙚 / 田園風香草烤雞槌 🍗 𝙍𝙤𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙗𝙨 & 𝙂𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙞𝙘 ✿ 𝘚𝘤𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘭 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘌𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘦! 💕 好耐無煮過呢個餸了！上次打風打足2日（又搶唔到菜😢），只好用雪櫃僅餘嘅食材煮飯喇～就諗起呢個餸了！冰箱常備嘅雞翼+雪櫃有咩菜就用咩菜，實在好適合颱風天 🌪️ 即使唔煮雞翼都好，就咁焗個菜食都好好味呢 ヾ(❛ε❛“)ʃ 材料： * 雞槌／雞翼 8隻 * 洋蔥 1/4個 * 車厘茄 60g * 西蘭花 1/2個 調味： * 檸檬汁 1湯匙 * 清酒 1湯匙 * 醬油 2湯匙 * 蠔油 1湯匙 * 蒜蓉 1湯匙 * 蜂蜜 2湯匙 * 黑椒 少許 * 乾香草 1/2湯匙 * 橄欖油 1湯匙 做法： 1. 雞槌放入調味醃 1小時 2. 蔬菜切塊，加少許鹽、橄欖油、紅椒粉拌勻，舖焗盤盤底 3. 舖上雞槌，氣炸鍋 180度炸16分鐘，炸至雞槌金黃，完成。 Ingredients: *  8 chicken drumsticks/wings *  1/4 onion *  60g cherry tomatoes *  1/2 broccoli ⠀Seasoning: *  1 tablespoon lemon juice *  1 tablespoon sake *  2 tablespoons soy sauce *  1 tablespoon oyster sauce *  1 tablespoon minced garlic *  2 tablespoons honey *  A pinch of black pepper *  1/2 tablespoon dried herbs *  1 tablespoon olive oil ⠀Instructions: 1. Marinate the chicken drumsticks/wings in the seasoning mixture for 1 hour. 2. Cut the vegetables into chunks and toss them with a pinch of salt, olive oil, and paprika. Arrange them on the bottom of a baking dish. 3. Place the marinated chicken pieces on top of the vegetables.
