High Protein Healthy Tiramisu ⬇️ Follow @the.foodie.analyst for more I’ve been seeing this everywhere so thought I’d make my own version, and it’s got 33g of protein!! It’s definitely not authentic tiramisu (sorry Italians don’t come for me pls) 😂 but it’s definitely a good quick alternative if you’re trying to be healthier! 247 cals | 39g C, 33g P, 2g F Ingredients: 🔸 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used @optimumnutrition_uk ) 🔸 100g quark (great for protein, but if you can’t find it, sub for Greek yoghurt) 🔸 50ml coffee (I used a @dolcegustouk americano pod) 🔸 3 rice cakes 🔸 Cacao powder (for dusting) Method: 1️⃣ Mix the quark with protein powder in a bowl & set aside 2️⃣ Make the coffee, pour into a small dish/ bowl, then dip one rice cake in for a couple of seconds, remove and put onto a plate (not too long or it will break!) 3️⃣ Add some of the protein mix, then repeat by soaking another rice cake & stacking 4️⃣ Dust with some cacao powder on top & enjoy! #tiramisu #ricecake #ricecakes #highproteindessert #singleserve #healthydessertrecipes #tiramisù
