- 𝘽𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙪𝙖𝙡 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙚 / 雞絲雲耳蒸腸粉 🐣 𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝙍𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙍𝙤𝙡𝙡 ✿ 𝘚𝘤𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘭 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘌𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘦! 💕 放咗喺櫃桶底好耐嘅post 😛 之前有段時間不停諗辦法消耗屋企嘅越南米紙，就上網見到有人用嚟做腸粉，即刻試吓佢 🫶🏻 卷埋佢蒸一蒸就搞掂🩷 材料： * 即食雞胸肉 100g * 雲耳 20g * 甘筍 20g * 本菇 40g * 蝦米 10g * 越南米紙 8片 調味：蠔油 1湯匙、鹽 少許、糖 少許 做法： 1. 雞肉撕成絲；雲耳、甘筍切絲；蝦米浸熱水至軟身 2. 雞肉、雲耳、甘筍、本菇、蝦米，加入調味然後拌勻 3. 米紙沾少許水至軟身，放上餡料，封起左右兩側，然後捲起 4. 米紙卷表面塗上少許油，蒸 8 分鐘，贊上滾油加少許豉油，完成。 Ingredients: * 100g cooked chicken breast * 20g cloud ear mushrooms * 20g carrots * 40g shiitake mushrooms * 10g dried shrimp * 8 pieces of Vietnamese rice paper ⠀Seasoning: * 1 tablespoon oyster sauce * A pinch of salt * A pinch of sugar ⠀Instructions: 1. Shred the cooked chicken breast. Slice the cloud ear mushrooms and carrots into thin strips. Soak the dried shrimp in hot water until softened. 2. Combine the shredded chicken, cloud ear mushrooms, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and dried shrimp in a bowl. Add the seasoning and mix well. 3. Moisten the rice paper with a little water until it becomes pliable. Place the filling on top and fold in the left and right sides, then roll it up. 4. Brush the surface of the rice paper rolls with a little oil. Steam for 8 minutes.
