It’s been 2 months and… Being super transparent- this has been the toughest thing I’ve done. 📸 First picture: current physique. 📸 Second picture: Quad Growth in 7 weeks 📸 Third Picture: leaning out! It’s not a “snap back” at all. The process involves taking a lot of breaks and pretty much starting over from square one. I’m thankful that I had a decent starting point but I still have a long way to go. I’m grateful for the physical therapists I worked with during pregnancy - they set me up for success with everything that they taught me.
