Iced Maple Apple Crisp Macchiato🍎 - This recipe adds a sip of autumnal joy to your coffee routine! If you like apples and also are a coffee lover, you have to make this Starbucks copycat latte recipe! I used maple syrup instead of regular sugar to make this latte a little bit more wholesome and even more fall-flavored🍁 For Apple Crisp Syrup (make ½ cup syrup) ½ cup maple syrup ½ apple, diced 2 tsp lemon juice ¼ tsp cinnamon Pinch sea salt For Macchiato (serve 1) 1½ Tbsp. Apple Crisp Syrup, plus more to drizzle 1 espresso shots ¾ cup oat milk Ice cubes 1. Make the syrup: In a saucepan, combine the ingredients of the syrup. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Cook until the apple is soft, for 5-10min, stirring occasionally. 2. Strain the syrup. Save cooked apples for other use like oatmeal or yogurt topping. 3. Make the macchiato: Froth the milk. Add syrup, milk, and ice cubes to a glass. Pour espresso. Top with more syrup and enjoy.
