How to use leftover Patod @peepalfarmproducts Ingredients 🌿 5-6 cooked and chopped Patod 400 grams Coconut Curd 2 chopped Green chillies 1" long piece Ginger (grated) 1 tbsp Mustard Oil 1 pinch Hing (asafoetida) 1/2 tsp Jeera (cumin seeds) 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Coriander powder (dhaniya powder) 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder Salt to taste 1/4 tsp Garam masala Recipe 🍽 - Add green chillies and ginger in curd. - Pour oil in a pan on medium heat, and add hing and jeera to it. - Once jeera is toasted add turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder, and stir. - Pour curd to the pan and cook on a medium flame until curd thickens and becomes creamy. - Add chopped Patod and mix everything well. Serve with roti, rice or puri.
