Sweet, Sour, spicy - Chaat has it all @kailashparbatnyc . Visited @kailashparbatnyc in New York a Mumabi Based Chain of Restaurants . The restaurant offers an array of Indian dishes, which are inspired by regional traditions and seasonality. . Known for its variety of Chaat dishes I had to try the restaurant in the Curry Hill area and check for myself if @kailashparbatnyc brings the flavors of India to New York. We started with their Fresh Lime Soda which was refreshing and delicious. Next we were served Paani Poori with regular, orange and kala khatta water (where the orange one stood out as it reminded me of the Fanta flavor). Their signature dish Chole Bhature Platter had a variety of plain, Masala, Paneer and Methi Bhature (which is definitely recommended). In the appetizers we had the Original Paneer and Hariyali Paneer Tikka (I liked the original more), Lasooni Gobhi (loved the tangy, crispy, garlicky flavor). We finished our Chaat and food experience with 3 different desserts: Kulfi Falooda (definitely yes) , Hot Brownie Vanilla Icecream and Jamun E Jannat (gulab Jamun with Rabri). . The restaurant provides catering services with their culinary expertise in Indian flavors. As we had a lot of dishes to try we requested for sampling of small portions. What I saw on the regular serving was big and generous portions and I did over hear that their Indo-Chinese was good so that’s on my list for next time.
