Coconut, mango, banana and orange candy melon smoothie bowl 🥣 It is no secret that I love to start the day with a delicious smoothie bowl. In all of my smoothie bowls I add coconut milk. I adore the smooth but rich flavour that coconut adds. It really is my favourite plant based milk. This smoothie bowl contains half a fresh mango, frozen banana, frozen orange candy melon (the same melon that I used for the melon and banana ice cream), coconut milk and a dollop of coconut yogurt. I added all of the above ingredients and blitzed until smooth. I then put the smoothie into my coconut shell bowl and top with some seedy homemade granola, cashew nuts and walnuts.
