Salted caramel espresso smoothie ☕️🧋 for when you need protein and a boost of energy 😌 I’m telling you, this is my favorite smoothie in the book! Have you tried it yet? . I have a smoothie every morning after my workout and when you build it correctly, it makes the perfect meal replacement, while supporting muscle growth and maintenance. In my smoothies, I always include at least one serving of protein powder (find my favorites by searching ‘protein powder’ on my blog), healthy fats like nut butter, fiber like ground flaxseed/chia/hemp seeds, and fruit (I keep it low sugar, about ~1/2 cup frozen fruit, to help regulate blood sugar).
