3 swaps to help with weight loss (part 1)- (new series)📌 ♥️tap if you found this helpful! ✋🏼One thing I always hammer home with my clients is that all foods can fit in a balanced diet. ☝🏼While you can absolutely eat bread, mayo and regular bbq sauce these are a few swaps that can help free up some calories while reducing added sugars and saturated fat. These swaps also can help adjust your macros. 🌾Adjusting carbs: ↔️2 slices whole grain bread: 220kcal, 44g carbs 1 whole grain/wheat English muffin: 140kcal, 26g carbs ↔️ 1 tbsp barbecue sauce: 70kcal, 18g carbs (16g sugar) 1 tbsp low sugar/unsweetened barbecue sauce : 20kcal, 4g carbs (1g sugar)** **because of drop in sugar, it does taste different but satisfying! 🫒Adjusting fat: ↔️1 tbsp mayo: 100kcal, 10g fat (2g saturated) 1 tbsp non-fat plain Greek Yogurt + 1/2 tsp dijon mustard + ½ tsp lemon juice, garlic flakes, salt & pepper: 15kcal, 0g fat 🗞️ N E W S: If you’ve been waiting for my group weight loss coaching program, wait no more!
