SUMMER PASTA SALAD + CREAMY HERB RANCH DRESSING😍 Holding onto summer just a little bit longer with this pasta salad🙌🏻 I loveee prepping this pasta salad at the beginning of the week for lunch. It’s easy to make and packed with veggies and protein. Pasta Salad: -gluten free pasta (I used @tolerantfoods red lentil pasta, it has 25grams of protein) -1 cup red bell pepper, chopped -1 cup celery, chopped -1 can (15oz) chickpeas -1 cup cucumbers, chopped -1 cup grape tomatoes, sliced in half -1/2 cup dill Creamy Herb Ranch Dressing: -1/2 cup plain yogurt -1 tso dijon mustard -1/3 cup olive oil -juice of half a lemon -1 tsp garlic powder -1 tsp dried dill -1 tsp dried parsley -1/4 tsp onion powder -salt and pepper to taste How to: -Add all pasta salad ingredients to a large bowl and mix well -Add all dressing ingredients to a blender and pulse until mixture is creamy Enjoy!
