Be mindful not to hunch your shoulder up - let go of any gripping in your belly and breathe deeply here - take your gaze to the upper left corner of your field of vision - you can bring your right arm to rest on the top/left hand side of your head if you like (not pulling on neck) - hold here for 30-60 seconds of until you feel a sign of release - repeat on left side 🌼 signs of release: - yawn - sigh - deep spontaneous swallow - tummy gurgles - general feeling of settling These are all signs of switching to the ventral vagal branch of your parasympathetic nervous system Did you experience a release?
