it doesn’t get any easier than these 2 ingredient cookies and cream protein pancakes! they’re healthy, delicious and super easy to make 🍪🤍✨ — what you need. • 1/2 cup Cookies & Cream Protein Pancake Mixture* @the.proteinpancake • 1/2 cup water { toppings } • 1 tbsp cacao powder (mixed with water) • cacao nibs — how to do it. 1. Gently mix together protein pancake mixture and water until combined. Be careful not to over mix, as you won’t get fluffy pancakes. 2. Heat a non-stick pan to a medium heat and lightly coat the pan with butter/oil. 3. Spoon pancake mixture into pan. Wait until bubble appear (~ 2 minutes) before flipping and cooking for another 1-2 mins. Repeat for remaining mixture. { toppings } 4. Mix together cacao powder and water until smooth.
