PUMPKIN CHEESE CAKE DIP (Single Serve, High Protein) Doesn’t this recipe give off the perfect ~vibes~ of Dunkaroos... pumpkin pie... cheese cake... and fall fun?!?! 🥧🍁 Well it does to me 🤪 This recipe has been coming in so handy for when I’m needing something quick and delicious but also want to be full, fueled and satisfied between meals! And it tastes like fall soooooo let’s get into making it! _ INGREDIENTS: 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 2 tbsp pumpkin pure 2 tbsp @nuzest_usa Smooth Vanilla pea protein powder 1 tsp maple syrup 1/4-1/2 tsp pumpkin spice blend (Optional: 1/2 tbsp almond butter) INSTRUCTIONS: In a small bowl add all your ingredients and mix well!!! Adjust the sweetness and spice to your personal preference. _ GF graham crackers are a delicious vehicle for delivery of this delicious pumpkin dip but you can also try fall fruits like apples and pears! Yummm!!! So easy, so simple, so delicious!!! This snack is packed with protein, carbs, and healthy fats depending on if you add the almond butter or not!
