Easy, creamy, and delicious 💕 ✨Save this recipe for later ✨ 3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 tbsp olive oil 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed 4 oz cream cheese, softened 1/3 cup heavy cream 1/2 tsp garlic powder or 1 tsp minced garlic 1/2 tsp dried thyme 3/4 tsp sea salt 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped 1/8 tsp red chili pepper flakes 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 cup mozzarella cheese 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley 🥣Instructions 1- Preheat the oven to 425F / 218C. 2- Add softened cream cheese, thawed spinach, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, salt, thyme, garlic, 1/2 tsp sea salt, rosemary, and red chili pepper flakes to a large mixing bowl. Combine until is all fully incorporated. 3- In a baking pan, add your chicken breasts, olive oil, 1/4 tsp of sea salt and pepper. Then mix it to evenly distribute the seasoning. Place the cheesy spinach mixture on top of the chicken and spread it out evenly covering the surface. 4- Top it off with mozzarella cheese and cover it with tin foil. Place in your preheated oven at 425F for 25 minutes then remove the tin foil and place back in the over for 10 minutes or until you reach an internal temperature of 165ºF in the thickest part of the chicken and the cheese is golden brown. 5- After is fully baked, top it off with some freshly chopped parsley and enjoy!
