The ✨ 15 MINUTE RULE ✨ When I don’t feel like working out, have low energy, or convincing myself to stay on the couch and workout tomorrow I always tell myself just 15 MINUTES. Set your timer and just move that body for 15 minutes!! When the timer goes off you can either end your workout then or keep moving…99% of the time you’ll keep going I promise ya!! the workout endorphins are flowing and you’ll feel so happy that you motivated yourself to workout! Today I was feeling tired from the travel & haven’t worked out in a few days but I knew a workout would make me feel better. It was time to get back to it 👏🏼 It’s not always pretty, scheduled, intense, or enjoyable but we get it done because consistency is the name of the game.
