So simple that my youngest made it herself✨ ♥️ Lammas is the midway point between the Summer Solstice and the Autumn Equinox and is celebrated for the first harvest of the year! Our blackberries were ready early this year and a cobbler seemed like a perfect way to pay homage to our ancestors who would begin harvesting grains during Lammas 🌾 ✨Save the recipe below ✨ - half a cup of melted olive butter - one cup of sugar - one cup of oat milk - a teaspoon of vanilla extract - one cup of self raising flour - foraged or harvested blackberries ✨ cook slow and low (gas mark 4) 45-60 mins, in a shallow 10 inch dish!
