If you want bigger shoulders, it’s important to hit all three heads of the deltoid. Most people don’t have issues developing the front delts because they get hit with all pressing movements but the side delts and rear delts often get neglected. These three exercises will take care of targeting all three heads. Seated dumbbell shoulder press for mostly the front delts, lateral raises for the side delts, and rear delt flyes forthe rear delts.
