Recipe below! @chefbabette said this was the best salad she’s ever had! You might wana grab the ingredients and try it out for yourself this weekend friends! Inspired by my friend @hotforfood this salad takes all the best parts of a traditional panzanella and flips the entire thing on its head. It’s a massive win in my book as well! Ingredients: (Dressing) I heaping tablespoon tahini 1 tablespoon agave 3 tablespoons ponzu 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 teaspoons sesame oil (Salad) 2 cups baby kale 1/2 cup cannelloni beans or other white beans 1/2 cup tomato, toughly chopped 1/4 cup red onion, sliced thin 1/4 cup cucumber, thinly sliced Handful of basil, torn or chopped 1 frozen scallion pancake, prepared,cooled and torn into bite sized pieces (we used @traderjoes brand) Method: -mix together all ingredients for the dressing and set aside -throw remainder of salad ingredients into a bowl -toss with dressing and enjoy! #privatechef #veganchef #easyveganmeals #easyveganrecipes #plantbasedrecipe #plantbaseddiet #saladrecipe #saladideas #saladbuah #tastyaf
