💥Exercises for Scoliosis💥 Follow @backpainrelieftricks 👈 Scoliosis is the sideways curvature of the spine and is mostly diagnosed in adolescents. There are many types such as C-curve or S-curve, and sideways curves existing in lumbar, thoracic, cervical, or even a combination. This means the exercises that work for person A might not work for person B. The exercises in this post are generic, so you can modify as needed. It’s important that you stretch the side that’s tighter or feels stiff and build strength on the side that’s longer already. So for example, if you have a C-curve scoliosis that sticks out on the left side, this side of the spine would feel lengthened as compared to the shortened right side. So, I’d suggest you do the QL stretch longer or with more reps to stretch the right side.
