Scapular strength! 💪 A common mistake I see people with ongoing shoulder, neck, or upper back pain make is they forget to strengthen their scapular stabilizers. 😦 Neglecting the scapular region can cause all sorts of dysfunction. Avoid all of that by adding some simple scapular stability work into your routine - like these 👀 Here is my FAV go to scapular exercises that I do anywhere & everywhere. A great time to try a few of these is through out your day -especially if you sit at a desk! All you need is 1 small loop band.
